Based in Portsmouth, we work with commercial contractors, local authorities, developers and trade customers, producing bespoke products to demanding quality standards. The role:
As a Fabricator, you'll manufacture high-quality windows and doors to customer specifications. Working as part of our production team, you'll help ensure every product leaving the factory meets our quality standards and is ready for installation or delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Typical responsibilities may include:
Manufacturing windows and doors to specification
Reading and working from production paperwork
Operating manufacturing machinery and hand tools safely
Preparing, assembling and glazing products
Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
Working as part of the production team to meet daily output targets
Reporting any quality or equipment issues
About you
Experience manufacturing windows and doors is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and team-focused
Willing to learn new skills
