Hours: 40 hours Per Week (Monday- Friday)

Elliotts Premier Roofing is a well-established and rapidly growing specialist contractor, proudly part of the Elliotts Group. We work directly with surveyors, main contractors, and building owners to deliver high-quality new build and commercial pitched roofing projects across the South of the UK.

General Duties
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, site visits, and project timelines attending construction sites for pre-start meetings with the contracts department.
- Maintain accurate records, including job sheets, invoices, purchase orders, and customer information.
- Support the preparation of quotations, contracts, and other company documentation, work with the estimating department and learn to markup site plans.
- Liaise with suppliers to order materials and track deliveries.
- Update internal systems and databases to ensure information is current and compliant.
- Prepare and organise paperwork for roofing teams before they head to site.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office by managing filing, scanning, photocopying, and other general admin tasks.
- Provide support to management with ad-hoc tasks and ongoing projects.
- Attend site visits with our contracts teams to review on site progress.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills – able to speak confidently with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Basic IT skills – comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and office software.
- Organisational skills – able to manage tasks, prioritise workload, and keep accurate records.
- Attention to detail – ensuring documents, data, and schedules are correct.
- Time management – able to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn – open to developing new skills and gaining industry knowledge.
- Problem-solving abilities – able to handle enquiries and find solutions where needed.
- Teamwork – works well with others and supports the wider office and roofing teams.
- Professional attitude – reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
- Customer service skills – positive, polite, and helpful when dealing with clients.
Qualifications required
- 4 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade A*-C (Grade 4 to 9) including English and Math.
