Hours: 44.5 hours per week to include every other Saturday morning 8am - 12pm

What you’ll be doing
- You’ll have direct responsibility for management of our Internal Sales & Counter Sales team developing them to perform their jobs effectively to exceed our customers’ needs.
- Driving, motivating and bringing an infectious energy to the team.
- A good awareness of the local merchant market to ensure we’re competitive.
- Building solid relationships, growing spend for current customers and proactively seeking out new business.
- Self-motivated and determined to succeed.
- Keyholder responsibilities; opening and closing the branch as necessary...
There will be other responsibilities, but your primary focus is sales!
