Hours: 40 per week (8am-5pm Mon- Fri)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (full time)

The Role:
As part of our internal sales team, you’ll be proactively working to grow sales within the Sales Hub. Maintaining existing business and be able to buddy up and support our internal & external team and their customer growth through the Sales Hub. This will be done through exceptional service and response time, growing our current sales ledger with existing customers as well as our Internal/external teams. Supporting Account Managers with selected projects using our internal Help You Build tool as well as actively pursuing new business and following up on quotes.
We’re looking for someone who’s great with people and really takes pride in what they do yet isn’t afraid of some good old fashioned hard work.
You’ll be organising quotes using an enquiry management system. Managing orders with the potential to manage packages on Help you build and ensure customer orders are completed to invoice. You will need to work with our suppliers to source best price and materials for our customers and to challenge this where needed.
What you need:
- Have a background in a sales environment
- Have great customer service skills, both on the phone and face to face
- Be confident. You’ll need to recommend products, source alternatives at times and be proactive
- Be a great team player – able to muck in and support in other areas where needed.
- Able to adapt quickly and easily (no day is the same) and used to a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills are a key element, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Competent IT skills and confident with using Microsoft packages
Ideally, you will already have previous experience with our products. However, training can be put in place to support the right candidate.
