Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £35k- £42k

The Role
We’re looking for a Systems Analyst to help maintain, support, and improve both our business processes and our ERP system, Intact IQ. You'll work closely with different teams across the business to ensure our systems are efficient, user-friendly, and continuously evolving.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, support and improve the systems we use as a business.
- Understand our current processes, whilst continually looking for ways to improve them.
- Write detailed descriptions of user needs, business processes, and steps required to develop or modify business processes and provide training.
- Identifying and leading the implementation of process improvements for new and existing services.
Behaviours:
- Good prioritisation and time management, able to balance competing issues to ensure the right issues are addressed first.
- Team player who will coordinate with colleagues to meet targets and confident enough to recognise issues they cannot resolve and escalate in a timely manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively with wide range of people in the business
Must Have:
- Experience working with T-SQL.
- Sound knowledge of MS Products
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to create reports and systems which match different end user needs.
- The ability to learn quickly
- The ability to contribute to a team effort
- A logical approach to problem solving
Nice To Have:
- Experience / Understanding of how a merchant / retail environment works e.g. purchasing, selling, invoicing etc.
- Experience with .NET would be advantageous, but not essential.
