What do we ask of you?
We love what we do, we take it very seriously, so we expect you to do the same;
- Help our customers build - this is our mantra. You will have full responsibility to ensure your team lives and breathes this, at every opportunity.
- Develop your team! You will have Unlimited Learning Resources, so use them!
- You'll need to be a natural leader!
- We already mentioned customer service so we’ll leave it there.
- Margin is king! If you’re commercially savvy you’ll understand and practice this.
- No point being busy fools; work smart and focus on the profit.
- Oh, and if you know a thing or two about building materials, that will put you to the top of the pile.
