Elliott’s have been helping its customers build for years, 178 years to be exact and is still headed up by an Elliott today. Based in the sales office of our Chandlers Ford branch, which sells a wide range of building materials from bricks & timber to paint brushes, you will provide support to the branch regarding everything admin related.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dealing with invoice queries, passing supplier invoices
- Dealing with supplier and customer returns/credits
- Processing purchase orders
- Various branch administration duties; banking, scanning yard tickets, filing, general data inputting
- Assisting with monitoring stock levels, placing orders and perpetual stock take for products within the shop
This role is being offered on a part-time basis, between 20-25hpw.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- High level of accuracy
- You will also need to be computer literate; competent with MS Windows
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks on a daily basis
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
