As an Internal Salesperson you be an integral part of our sales team, working with your team members to create a proactive and sales-oriented culture. You’ll be responsible for developing a sales ledger of customers and using your skills to seek opportunities and maximise profits. It will also require working closely with our sales reps (they’re a good bunch), supporting them by dealing with enquiries and orders. The journey doesn’t just stop once you’ve got the order, you will also be responsible for the whole process, from start to finish, making sure that it all runs smoothly and is tied up neatly. 

It can get quite busy in the office and we expect everyone to muck in and help out where they can so don’t just expect to be glued to the phone. We want each and every customer to have a fantastic experience when they come to us, so we need someone who isn’t afraid to jump on the counter, have a bit of banter with the builders and find out more about their projects.

You’ll be contracted to work a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday but we’re open between 7am and 5pm. We need a bit of flexibility when it comes to start and finish times to make sure we’re always there when our customers need us. We’re also open Saturdays 8am till 12pm but appreciate that you do need a lie in now and again so won’t expect you to work every week.
