Sales/Warehouse Assistant

Hours: 40 hours per week, between 8.00am-5.00pm Monday – Friday (flexibility will be required with start/finish times to cover opening hours).

This hybrid role will include supporting our customers as a counter sales person and be on the frontline, providing excellent face-to-face customer service on a day to day basis. As well as, support our online customer base by receiving orders and  preparing orders for delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serving customers on the counter  with a wide range of tools and attachments
  • Ordering stock and merchandising the shop
  • Negotiating prices
  • Receiving goods in and preparing orders for delivery
  • Taking orders and responding to a wide range of queries from customers either face-to-face or via the telephone


  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of building industry products
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to use Microsoft Windows
